Fresh & Natural Ingredients
Size: 4oz / 113g
Ingredients:
Unfiltered goat milk, coconut oil, olive oil, castor oil, almond oil, grape seed oil, patchouli organic essential oil, Indigofera tinctoria - "indigo blue" powder, kaolin clay, USP food-grade sodium hydroxide.
- Coconut, olive, almond, grapeseed, and castor oils are super oils that protect against the sun’s harmful UVA and UVB rays, retain a glow, tighten skin, and treat acne. These super oils create a creamy lather containing vitamins A, B, E, & K. Kaolin clay is the oldest clay used in many personal hygiene products. It is gentle and stimulates circulation to the application areas without over-drying.
- Organic raw goat milk is A2 type milk, which means that A2 milk is a standard term for conventional raw goat milk lacking the protein beta-casein that negatively affects the digestive system. A2 raw milk has not been pasteurized or heat-treated, is free from toxins and preservatives, and is a standard procedure for commercially produced milk for human consumption. Raw goat milk is rich in alpha-hydroxy acids and exfoliants that dissolve the “glue” holding dead skin cells to the surface, revealing brighter, smoother skin by promoting cell turnover, improving texture, fading dark spots, and reducing fine lines. This makes it a great anti-aging and acne treatment. The downside to alpha-hydroxy acids is that it can make the skin sensitive to sun exposure; however, selenium minerals, which are part of goat milk, are powerful antioxidants that protect skin cells from damage by free radicals and environmental toxins, and sun damage with selenium mineral goat milk helps maintain skin elasticity, support cell renewal, and reduce inflammation. This is how sun-damaged skin is not just left unhealed but actually restored. Using zinc oxide or titanium dioxide, which are considered carcinogens, can harm the skin’s structure through a “baking effect”. When combined with alpha-hydroxy acids and selenium minerals, these two work together to strengthen the skin's healing process and provide a potent hydrator that attracts and retains moisture, helping to fight signs of aging like wrinkles and dark spots. In combination, alpha-hydroxy acids and selenium minerals work synergistically to restore what each lacks. These powerful hydrators draw moisture into the skin and support repair, fighting premature wrinkles and dark spots.
- Patchouli essential oil moisturizes and rejuvenates dry skin, helping to stabilize sebum production and unclog pores. It effectively boosts testosterone and estrogen levels, making it one of the most natural impotence remedies. Patchouli oil is also beneficial in aromatherapy, as it naturally helps balance emotions and enhances mental clarity.
- Indigo Blue color, also referred to as Indigofera Tinctoria, in this soap comes from an ancient herb, Indigofera tinctoria, native to India, which symbolizes prestige and history in its homeland. History has it that its uses date back to Abraham’s time. And Marco Polo traded this valuable herb for kings and queens as a symbol of royalty. With such a rich historical background, indigo is a natural organic plant with healing properties. It’s used as a potent antidote for animal bites, and its healing properties also benefit psoriasis, hair rejuvenation, and inflammatory conditions, as well as lighten skin due to hyperpigmentation from minor scrapes caused by overproduction of melanin, resulting in dark patches.
- Sodium hydroxide, food-grade USP, is a strong alkaline compound used to saponify soap. It is also used in food processing, such as curing olives and making toothpaste, as well as giving German Bagels a shine. This same lye turns oils into soap. When an acid and a base (oil/fat) combine, they neutralize each other and make a salt called “Soap.
The healthiest soap to use is usually a natural soap that doesn’t contain harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, or irritants. Choosing soaps with moisturizing ingredients, such as olive oil, coconut oil, or goat’s milk, is especially beneficial for dry skin because hydration is achieved through the process of hygroscopicity, which involves drawing and retaining moisture from the environment, thereby increasing hydration.
